majority of our work is segregated into 5 main groups as listed below.

• Property
Redevelopment
This
entails the conversion of existing large buildings i.e. churches,
hospitals and office buildings being redeveloped into luxurious apartments
and flats. Also included within this category is the development of
new buildings. RNR are responsible for the entire works within this
category including electrical, voice, data, aerials, satellite systems,
fire alarms, access control, security, heating systems and home networking
systems.

• Shop
Fitting
Which
includes the refitting and construction of new retail outlets as well
as the maintenance contracts held. We are responsible for the design
criteria, electrical, voice, data, epos systems, fire alarms, security
and air conditioning.

• Local
authority works
Which
includes works to schools, council estates and all other public
sector places. Depending on the contracts issued our responsibilities
have included lightning conductors, electrical, CCTV, access control,
fire alarms, ventilation, specialist lighting systems and street
lighting.

• Heavy
Industrial
Which
entails the installation and maintenance within industrial factories.
Our responsibilities include emergency maintenance works and installation
of machinery, control equipment and Air lines.

• Office
Refurbishment
Which
includes the development of new office buildings as well as refurbishment
and relocation works of existing offices. Our responsibilities include
electrical, voice, data, air management, security and fire alarm systems.
